Face au nombre croissant de cas d’infection COVID-19 au Luxembourg, le gouvernement a décidé que tous les cours seront suspendus du lundi 16 mars au dimanche 29 mars.

Les établissements scolaires et de formation publics et privés ainsi que les structures d’accueil et les internats resteront fermés pendant les deux semaines de suspension, à savoir:

  • l’enseignement fondamental ;
  • l’enseignement secondaire ;
  • la formation professionelle (pour le volet scolaire) ;
  • les centres de compétences pour élèves à besoins spécifiques ;
  • les cours de l’Institut national des langues et du Service de la formation des adultes ;
  • l’enseignement musical ;
  • les internats scolaires ;
  • les internats socio-familiaux ;
  • les centres socio-thérapeutiques ;
  • les structures d’accueil (crèches, maisons relais, assistants parentaux) ;
  • les maisons des jeunes.

Le vendredi 13 mars 2020 est une journée de classe obligatoire dans les écoles publiques. Les élèves et le personnel sont tenus de se rendre au lycée. Pour chaque classe seront définies les modalités qui permettront d’assurer au mieux la continuité des apprentissages pendant les deux semaines en question. La suspension des activités est une mesure de précaution pour éviter ou retarder la propagation du coronavirus dans la population générale. Les acteurs du système éducatif participent ainsi à l’effort commun de la société pour protéger au maximum la population vulnérable et fragile. Il apparaît par ailleurs que les enfants et les jeunes sont moins sévèrement touchés par l’infection COVID-19.

Le scénario envisagé à ce stade pour les semaines à venir est le suivant :
Semaine du 16.03. au 22.03.2020: Suspension des activités dans les écoles Semaine du 23.03. au 29.03.2020: Suspension des activités dans les écoles Semaine du 30.03. au 05.04.2020: Reprise des cours et Devoirs en classe initialement prévus au cours de la semaine du 16.03. au 22.03.2020 Semaines du 06.04. au 19.04.2020: Vacances de Pâques Semaine du 20.04. au 26.04.2020: Reprise des cours Devoirs en classe initialement prévus au cours de la semaine du 23.03. au 29.03.2020
  • Les activités sont suspendues dans les écoles et les structures d’accueil du 16 au 29 mars 2020.
  • La reprise des cours est en principe prévue pour le 30 mars 2020. La situation sera réévaluée par la Direction de la santé et la date de la reprise des cours pourra être adaptée en fonction de l’évolution de la situation.
  • La fin du trimestre scolaire en cours est reportée au 30 avril 2020, soit deux semaines après la fin des vacances de Pâques.
  • Les devoirs en classe initialement prévus entre le 16 mars et le 29 mars 2020 sont reportés. Les devoirs prévus pour la semaine du 16 mars auront lieu dans la semaine du 30 mars; ceux prévus pour la semaine du 23 mars sont reportés à la semaine du 20 avril.
  • Un dispositif d’encadrement à distance est mis en place pour assurer la continuité des apprentissages pendant les semaines de suspension. Les élèves se voient proposer un plan de travail et des situations d’apprentissage par leurs enseignants.Chaque matin, les élèves sont tenus de consulter leur journal de classe électronique (Webuntis) et la messagerie électronique qui leur a été attribuée par l’école. Ils sont appelés à suivre les instructions des enseignants et à réaliser à domicile les tâches qui leur sont assignées.
  • Le vendredi 13 mars 2020, les enseignants vérifient avec les élèves le bon fonctionnement des moyens de communication par lesquels ils informeront les élèves des plans de travail pour les deux semaines à venir. Ces travaux porteront sur la répétition des contenus traités en classe et la préparation des devoirs en classe à venir, mais aussi sur la continuation des programmes, dans la mesure du possible. Pour les élèves qui ne disposent pas du matériel informatique nécessaire ou d’une connexion internet à domicile, les parents sont invités à contacter le secrétariat du lycée.
  • Les classes qui utilisent d’autres outils digitaux (p. ex. Ipad, plateformes électroniques, …) mettront à profit ceux-ci pour assurer la continuité des apprentissages.
  • Les élèves sont invités à emporter à la maison tous les matériels scolaires dont ils auront besoin pour réaliser ces tâches.
  • Le parent qui reste à la maison pour encadrer un enfant de moins de 13 ans peut faire valoir le congé pour raisons familiales.

Face à l’évolution de la situation liée au COVID-19 au Luxembourg, le gouvernement a décidé de prolonger la période de suspension des activités dans le secteur scolaire et éducatif jusqu’au 4 mai 2020.
Le lycée fonctionnera en service minimum jusqu’au 3 mai.

pour les classes de 7e ESC: jeudi, le 17 septembre 2020 de 08.00 à 13.55 heures
pour les classes de 6e, 5e et 4e: jeudi, le 17 septembre 2020 de 08.00 à 09.40 heures
pour les classes de 3e, 2e et 1e: jeudi, le 17 septembre 2020 de 09.50 à 11.30 heures
pour la classe CLIJA+ : lundi, le 21 septembre 2020 de 9.50 à 11.30 heures

Les épreuves portant sur les travaux de vacances, les travaux de révision et les épreuves d’admission auront lieu le mardi, 15 septembre 2020 à partir de 08.00 heures. Les ajournements et la 2e session de l’examen de fin d’études secondaires auront lieu entre le 15 et le 22 septembre 2020 selon l’horaire officiel des épreuves écrites (session d’automne).
